I provide individual therapy for clients ages 6 through adulthood who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I work especially well with individuals who appear high functioning externally but feel internally exhausted or stuck. Our work focuses on emotional regulation, coping skills, insight development, and building healthier thought and behavior patterns using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-informed care.

For clients with histories of trauma, attachment disruptions, or chronic stress, I offer structured, trauma-informed treatment designed to promote stability and long-term healing. Together, we explore how past experiences shape present patterns while building nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and self-trust. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive restructuring, and skills-based interventions to support deeper healing while maintaining measurable progress.

I work with couples and families experiencing communication challenges, conflict, parenting stress, blended family transitions, and generational patterns that feel difficult to break. Using family systems frameworks and structured communication tools, I help clients strengthen boundaries, improve emotional attunement, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another.

With a background in school-based social work and behavioral settings, I specialize in supporting children and teens struggling with emotional dysregulation, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, oppositional behaviors, and social-emotional concerns. I collaborate with caregivers and, when appropriate, schools to reinforce practical strategies that improve functioning across home and academic environments. My goal is to help young clients build confidence, accountability, and emotional resilience.
